Innovation starts with a challenge

Glenn Haszard, Group Director & Founding Family

Glenn inherited a proud family business and then made it unmistakably his own. He brought a natural curiosity, a practical problem-solving instinct and a relentless drive to improve, shaping a culture where challenge is welcomed and better answers are always worth pursuing.

For Glenn, problem-solving is active, practical and shared. If something needs a solution, he is there with the paper, the tools and the applied thinking that gets ideas moving. He encourages the team to question the work, challenge the obvious answer and keep going until the best solution presents itself.

That way of working has created enormous trust across the team. People know they can bring ideas, test them, challenge each other and work things through together. It is what makes the work enjoyable, even when the problems are difficult, and why some of TTPCo’s best work often begins with a challenge.

“We like the jobs that make you stop and think. That’s usually where the best ideas start. Give us a challenge and you’ll get the best out of us.
That’s just how we’re wired.”

Challenge
Ready

Complex problems push us to find smarter solutions.

Ingrained Reliability

New ideas still need to deliver consistent results.

Precision Craftmanship

Innovation means finding better ways to get the details right.

Collaborative by Nature

The best solutions come from sharing knowledge and working together.

Relentless Ingenuity

We keep looking for better ways to make, supply and support.

Custom profiles, made possible in-house

Our ability to manufacture tooling onsite gives us greater control and flexibility when a standard profile won’t do. Bring us a sample or specification drawing and our team can create the tooling needed to turn it into a finished timber profile.

How custom profile replication works

1. Sample or drawing

Send us an existing profile, sample or specification drawing.

2. Create the Tooling

Our team manufactures the required knives onsite to accurately reproduce the profile.

3. Machine the profile

The selected timber is precision machined to the required shape and dimensions.

4. Check & supply

Finished profiles are quality checked for accuracy and prepared for supply.

The in-house advantage

A smoother route from specification to site

Behind every delivery is a fully integrated client management system that connects the whole journey from order through production to site. It means our team always knows what’s being made, where it’s going and when it needs to arrive, so decisions can be made quickly and work keeps moving.

With everyone connected to the same information, the smallest job receives the same care and attention as the largest project. That seamless coordination is what helps us deliver In Full, On Time, In Spec, every time.
