You do not need to have every detail worked out
Can you match an existing profile?
Yes. We can replicate existing timber profiles from a physical sample, technical drawing or other suitable reference. Our in-house tooling capability allows us to reproduce everything from straightforward mouldings to more detailed heritage profiles.
Do I need a technical drawing?
Not necessarily. If you have a technical drawing, send it through, but we can also work from an existing profile or physical sample. Talk to our team about what you have and we’ll let you know what we need to get started.
Can you create small production runs?
Yes, depending on the profile, timber and quantity required. Because we manufacture our tooling in-house, we have flexibility to produce custom profiles for projects of different sizes. Talk to our team about your requirements and we can confirm what’s practical.
