Built to last.
Backed
by care and
confidence.
Our timber profiles are crafted from quality New Zealand-grown timber and manufactured for precision and durability. Follow the right care practices to help protect their appearance and performance for years to come.
Good results start with good care
Store it dry
Store it flat
Store profiles flat on level, evenly spaced supports to help prevent bowing or distortion.
Seal all surfaces
Seal all faces, edges and end grain with an appropriate system before installation.
Check before install
Inspect profiles when they
arrive and raise any concerns before they are installed.
Use the right system
Use primers, coatings and finishes that are suitable for the timber and the application.
Consider exterior colour
Check the Light Reflectance Value (LRV) when choosing finishes for timber exposed to sunlight.
Exterior colour & LRV guidance
Light Reflectance Value (LRV) indicates how much light a colour reflects. Dark colours absorb more heat, which can increase timber movement and the risk of warping, shrinking or cracking.
For timber exposed to sunlight, we recommend finishes with an LRV of 40% or greater. Some paint manufacturers offer darker colours specifically formulated with higher LRV ratings. Always check the requirements of your chosen coating system with the supplier.
Our promise
We guarantee our timber profiles to be of good workmanship and free of defects.
Product Quality
Our timber profiles are manufactured to meet the agreed dimensions and quality requirements at the time of supply.
We always select the best possible raw products to work with that are available.
Workmanship & Manufacturing
Our profiles are manufactured to high standards of precision and consistency.
We stand behind the standard of our workmanship and our commitment to getting it right.
Timber Selection
We source timber carefully and select material suited to the profile and its intended application.
Natural characteristics will vary, but our team checks timber throughout the manufacturing process.
