Have something custom in mind?
If you need to replicate an existing moulding or manufacture something to a drawing or specification, our team can help.
We manufacture our profile knives onsite, giving us the flexibility to reproduce existing profiles and develop custom solutions for projects requiring something outside our standard range. Send us a photo, drawing or details of what you’re trying to achieve and we’ll take a look.

The Timber Profile Co. works with timber and building merchants throughout NZ, making it easy to order our products wherever your project is based.
Your local merchant can place an order with us on your behalf and arrange for you to collect it through their branch.

A long history of working with timber
The Timber Profile Co. has been manufacturing timber products in South Auckland since 1957. Over that time, the business has grown and evolved, combining generations of timber knowledge with modern manufacturing technology and an extensive range of profiles.
Today, we work with timber and building merchants, builders, joiners, architects, manufacturers and homeowners throughout New Zealand. Our manufacturing capability allows us to produce everything from high-volume runs of standard profiles to intricate custom mouldings, with profile knives manufactured onsite when something unique is required.
While our capability has changed considerably over the years, timber remains at the heart of what we do. We’re a NZ owned and operated business, backed by an experienced team with a genuine understanding of timber, joinery, manufacturing and construction.
